Hotel Santoor

We booked Oyo room. We were charged extra amount of Rs 800. Since we booked 2 rooms with 2 person/room. We have no problem but the manager refused to give us the bill of Rs 800. Secondly when we asked to pay from ATM Card he said that Card Swipe Machine is not working.. Room service was poor. No towels, no soap was provided.. When we asked again and again then only we were provided with basic amenities. Pls be aware of this hotel unreliable and corrupt and dishonest staff Really one of the worst experience in my life Dr Samarth Tiwari..

Room is comfortable and clean. Washroom can be better but it was clean as well. Food is simple and fresh. Staff is helpful and polite. Reasonable prices as well. Trip type Business Travel group Family Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

I was driving from Mumbai to Lucknow. We had a night halt in Indore and I was looking for safe and clean place to spend a night. Well it was a night halt to relax and prepare for next day. Hotel is in the centre of the city. When you are ready to explore city with less expense and within budget this can be ' 'OK' choice. It was perfect stay. Rooms were clean, everything was perfect for a budget stay. Staff was supportive. Location was good, walking distance from chartered bus stand. Rooms was not spacious but acceptable in this budget.

Never book this hotel, We have booked executive room here for 3 days, We found room not cleaned, washroom toilet have scratches and dirty, flush also not working. You have to use bucket water. Doormat is also very dirty. First day we found 2 SOAP for handwashing and bathing..from second day even SOAP is not there. One of the wrost thing is no one there who is responsible, we have highlighted above issues to manager and service staff also but they don't care. Traditional Lift You have to close it, it's not automatic. Only good thing is it's location very near to 56 place, rajawada, sarafa bazar, TI mall. Staff is pretty laid back and cleanliness is a big concern for those who are hygiene conscious. Breakfast timings are very late from 8.30 so one has to wait until that time. ||||Overall i did not enjoy and Fab service is also not upto the mark.

Nice neat and clean rooms in pocket friendly budget. Service is very good. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
