i am very upset about everything in the hotel. i was charged 2 times the original price even though the advance was paid. the bed matress was very bad. my back was sore every morning i woke up !! (does not even deserve 1 star)

the room was dirty , pillow covers were dirty, lot of dust was there on curtains , there was no hand wash, no toothpaste and no footstep present . Very disappointed after spending a good amount and getting such a poor hospitality in return. Good, Compact hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Rooms are big and spacious but not very clean. Restaurant is very good and the items served are delicious.||Good location and easily reachable to all places.

Tried to call the hotel and make a direct booking. Staff informed that they will call back and took my contact number and the dates to be booked and no response. When tried to call again they simply disconnected the calls without proper response. Atleast a response can be provided that booking can only be made online or any info can be provided. They said they will call back and no response. That's a clear sign of worst service. Service: 1
