Townhouse OAK Utsav Residency

Cleanliness was not as expected. Hot water was not coming from taps, had to manage with hot water provided in buckets. even towels were not clean.

The night staff behaviour is too rude while check-out, the amenities that were included in the bill were not provided, still charged and when asked to adjust them refused to do so and also was rude in behaviour, stayed with my family and this experience was not at all good. If you are looking for a Hygenic Room, then this is not the place for you. Unhygienic Rooms, Insects, Broken Furniture and Stinky Rooms. Worst Experience Ever. Doesn't even deserve a Single Star. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

We faced difficulties in basic requirements. Need to give frequently reminder for that. Major water difficulty so we skipped one site scene because of delayed in water availability. Not satisfied.. Not recommend to anyone.

This property is in shambles, not even fit for dogs. Rooms smell, are damp, broken furniture, dirty bathrooms. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
