HRJ Sarovar Portico Hotel, Indore

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. ROOMS WERE A BIT SMALL BUT ROOM WAS AMAZING, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND THE RECEPTIONIST YANA WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND SWEET. SERVICES WERE A BIT LATE. LOCATION IS REALLY GOOD AS IT IS THE CENTRE FROM ALL THE TOURIST PLACES LIKE RAJWADA PALACE, SARAFA BAZAR, 56 DUKAAN AND MANY MORE. THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING AND IT IS A MUST TRY. The only good thing abt this hotel is the location. The rooms are really small. The curtains were dirty the sheets had food stains. There was no fridge in the room when we enquired the staff he said the fridge has gone for repair n he shall arrange for another but he didn’t. The house keeping team is not efficient it seems. The washroom had stains everywhere. It is unlike other Sarovar portico hotels. It looks like some 2 star 3 star hotel. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Unfortunately I took my wife for surprise valentine's day dinner by seeing their insta post. Turned out to be the worst experience. They had very limited option for buffet dinner. One of the lady Staff who was serving us was kind of rude. They we giving a small red valvate cake and a rose to each table. We did not get it for hour..when I asked about this discrimination they didn't had ans. Manager run through and arranged it. They planned valentine's day dinner and kept Hare chane ki sabji, aalu gobhi ki sabji, only one soup tomato..my god. Food taste was good but Pathetic menu. Total waste of money and spoiled our mood. The hotel is near to the railway station, located on the main road. It's in the centre of many renkown locations of Indore. We stayed here for 3 days and the stay was decent The breakfast food is not very tasty however the staff made sure we are given freshly prepared baby foods. The never charge for baby food. The room, restaurant and bar service is commendable. A pat on back to Abhishek for taking care of baby food every time. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Rooms The room we got was small for three people and the next day we got an upgrade and the new room was big and semi luxurious. The al a carte food here is very tasty. Safety The hotel has good security. Food & drinks Both are available.

Had a wonderful experience at HRJ Sarovar Portico. A special thanks to Mr. Sagar, the Duty Manager, who handled our request with great professionalism and care. He went above and beyond by upgrading our stay and ensuring we were comfortable throughout. His attentive service truly made our visit memorable. Highly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
