Its a lodge not a hotel Lesson of life never book Sarovar Hotels and Resorts . Staff very rude and unclean rooms .No water supplied in room and if you need pay 100 for 15 rupees bottle. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

I have stayed at a lot of properties of Sarovar portico including Jaisalmer and Corbett, really disappointed with the size of the room, the room had smell of paint/Warnish. Service at the restaurant was very slow and the girl taking the order hardly understood what we were asking for Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Rooms Very small and smelly Food & drinks Food was good but service was bad

Worst hotel experience i have ever had. Staff is not concerned about the guests. Room has hair fallen everywhere, stingy odour very badly buried beneath cheap room freshner. Bathrooms and commodes have stains. Dont get me started even on food. They were serving chicken home cooked, who serves home cooked chicken in a restaurant, and if u call it home cooked atleast cook it, it was also left half cooked with refrigerator smell lingering in the chicken. Only good thing in the plate was papad. Please talk nicely to guests, nobody comes to your hotel to be insulted. And if u have the audacity to be rude, atleast have satisfactory service. The food here is not upto the mark I wanted to give this hotel 0 stars only the staff working here was good and pool other wise the rooms were not clean the space is very less the television is not working and if we were trying to turn it off it was not getting it was the worst 4 star hotel ever a total waste of money Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Feeling good stay. The rooms are clean and shower has pump so a good pressure. Fit for business visits. Mr. Samarth & Isha were very good cooperation during the check-in and check-out process. Keep it up Trip type Business Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I recently visited HRJ Sarovar Portico, Indore with Veena World on 29th November. The food was good, and the staff member Iba were very attentive and took great care of us throughout our stay. However, the housekeeping experience was quite disappointing. Even though the room was booked for three people, towels and other amenities were only provided for two. We had to call repeatedly to request an extra bed, and most of the time housekeeping did not pick up the phone. Apart from that, the location was excellent, and we faced no issues on that front. Overall, a good stay mainly because of the food and staff, but the housekeeping department definitely needs improvement. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5
