The overall service quality was far below expectations for a hotel of your standard. Extremely poor and unresponsive. Despite multiple requests for towels in the evening, they were not delivered until midnight after over 20 follow-up calls. The overall staff lacks proper training and professionalism. No one was willing to share the General Manager’s details when I asked to speak with him regarding my experience. Both front office and housekeeping operations were poorly managed, with no sense of urgency or accountability. Overall, it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone unless serious corrective measures are taken. Breakfast service was chaotic, with clear staff shortages. Restaurant staff appeared to prioritise foreign guests and only attended to Indian guests when specifically called completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
