This is a good budget hotel right next to sarwate bus stand and 3 minutes walking distance from Indore railway station, the rooms are clean the hotel is also clean and hygienic, they even allow checkout till 6 pm. If you check in after 7pm. The room are basic with ac, TV, double bed, and a small cupboard, room service is ok, they only provide RO water. No complimentary breakfast, the best advantage is the location you get almost everything nearby from breakfast to dinner and there is also 24*7 shop selling coffee. And you can reach anywhere in Indore from here.

The hotel was like ok room were so small hardly 2 people can stay in room but as it close to the transport station it will be beneficial to stay there nd the second thing is that it's room out time is 6 pm which is very good saying Anyways you can stay there for 1 night like if you are searching for safe place nd not getting it... Facilities they showed were not working like mini fridge,jacuzzi bathtub machine etc. Tap was leaking continuously. When asked to change bedsheet, they didn't have appropriate size bedsheet, and gave a small one. Staff is very irresponsible as we got our room open when returned from market and no one was there to take responsibility. Got AC or hot water geyser ON only after continuous 2-3 reminders, as they shut them down from reception itself. Only one advantage that's its location. Very near to sarwate bus stand and few steps away from railway station.

Only star for Location ! Rooms are in poor condition they dont provide drinking water ! Only plus point of this hotel is its location, which is opposite Sarvate bus stand, apart from it, there is nothing nice to say about this property. In terms of cleanliness, it’s pathetic. Bedsheets and blankets are so dirty that you will think twice about lying on bed. Though on a request made, they changed the bed sheet.

Rooms are very good and comfortable. Room service is so nice they maintaining it very well neat and clean. Their service is very fast. If you ordered something they'll send food on time. Worst experience. No sense of talking. We have booked room in morning and at 12:45 night they are saying u haven't booked any room and worst sense of speaking. Never prefer this hotel.

I am giving 1 star bcoz of the behaviour and greedy nature of the staff. They will not give you discount And timings are strict if you want to checkout then do before the time They will not co-operate with you when it comes to money If you have money and u are rich then only stay in this hotel Although everytime i stay here Every single time i faced the same issue But there is no good near by hotel.
