Rooms were neat and clean. I deducted one star because staff had not answered the room service telephone. Staff has lack of hospitality. They get annoyed when i asked them to bring water bottle. Couldn't locate the hotel on maps. It's on the main road, you can easily park your SUV here, Staff is good but there is a little remote location in comparison to the Pure market area. Rooms are new, furniture is new, hot water is always ready, You can use the lift for any floor, wifi allotted to each floor differently Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4

Hoat behaviour is worst. They take boominga from OYO and then dont allow the guest if guest has applied ANY KIND OF COUPON. They don't even talk properly and even don't cancel booking or do the refund even when they will be given the money by oyo which was already paid by us. Staff is also very rude. Pathetic and very bad service. I had stayed there for one night. This hotel is not run by professional hospitality company but running as part time family business. Be careful if you book from Agoda or any other websites. They don't provide even soap/toiletries or even room cleaning if you have booked on lower prices online. Beddings were unclean. They will offer you worst and dirty room, even though whole hotel was empty. There is no power back up during power cut, complete hotel went dark for 1 hr during my stay. This hotel is a complete scam! They list rooms at discounted prices on OYO, offer enticing deals, and let you book, but when you arrive, they refuse to honor the booking. Instead, they demand much higher rates, taking advantage of tourists like me who are new to the city and traveling with family. Out of sheer necessity, you're forced to pay these inflated prices. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This kind of dishonest practice is unacceptable and leaves guests feeling cheated. Avoid this place at all costs!
