Digigrains team is working so well in amazon meesho and flipkart , I have given my all accounts to them and within a month. I can see growth on my accounts. they are working very dedicatedly and have separate team for all the platforms.

No!! Never connect these guys.! Then wasted my 11 days just to initiate refund. Infact threatned to go legal. I connected them for listing on flipkart of my brand. Their team do not have any knowledge of single thing. My brand name contains ‘India’ just about this policy they were not aware. I connected a person Anurag Garg posted as (MD), he dragged my time for 8 days to initiate a refund, with an excuse management will allow him to initiate refund. Imagine a Managing Director asks you that he will get revert from higher authorities.🤣 And the Owner of this company Swarnim Ji, i tried calling him 3-4 times. he did not care to receive calls.

All reviews are fake with 5 stars. They talk to you and take your calls till you make the payment. After making payment they won't even open your account... They don't even take your calls or reply to your messages. After paying them for managing sellers account you yourself have to manage everything. Because if these people manage your account you will get your account suspended because these people know nothing and the even do nothing. Save your money and time by not investing here. If You still want to give it a try, go waste your time money & energy. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Digigrains is the most horrible 3rd Party Support for Amazon. Mr Anupam who is the sales executive promises wonders and once payment is done,he disappers. Doesnt answer calls nor reply to messages. a useless whatsapp group is made where no body bothers to reply. Mr Anupam is only worried about his sales targets,his follow up for payments are commendable as its part of his targets. Totally unprofessional horrible people to work with. Tried calling on all numbers which are in whatsapp group nobody replies.This company is a fraud and a big no to work with. @ Amazon kindly assign right people those who can guide sellers Regards AB
