Very bad service, Digigrains was handling our Amazon account and were not able to do anything. We provided the pictures, the product headings. Even after that wrong details were uploaded on Amazon, they don’t know how the keywords work. Even after repeated calls, same mistakes were done. The spelling in the heading were wrong, there was tracking of work. Awful experience and a total waste of money. For the continuous 3 months not a single item got sold because of their highly incapable team. And every time we said that we are unhappy because of the unprofessional attitude our account manager was changed. In the entire span 4 account managers were changed and each one of them was unaware of the task in hand. Not recommended

Sonu Singh, who claims to be the owner, is extremely rude and unprofessional in his communication. Whenever I followed up, their team would just say, “We are working on it, please wait,” but even after months, nothing was done. When I asked for a refund, they started ignoring my calls completely. This company is running a scam – they only take money and then disappear without doing any work. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from Digigrains and Sonu Singh. They are frauds and time-wasters. Please don’t fall into their trap. Leave your hard-earned money in safe hands – not with scammers like these.
