Just by seeing the price don't book this hotel,we booked 2 AC rooms and we reached there around 11 PM and they were like only one AC room is available,when we asked the receptionist why are u saying it now ,why can't you guys update in OYO ,they were like cancel kardo At midnight we were literally like stranded in streets, myself a doctor,i have been to so many places and this was the worst of them So if you want to have a better stay book some other hotel We checked out at 8 am in morning and the receptionist was sleeping,so we have to wake him up, I don't know if it was because of that,he just rudely said 'chale jaao sab' Worst of experience Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends

The room was fine, but the services were very very poor. The staff don't listen at all, the rooms don't get cleaned, the washroom too, not even on repeated requests. Worst experience I ever had was with this hotel booked from yatra. It looked like Beds were not cleaned from months. Bathroom flush was not working. Poop was there inside western commod. Bathroom tiles were full of gutka and rajshree spits. Bathroom basin tap was broken. Walls were hell not maintained. Most biggest problem was A/C was not working. I asked owner to provide me another room which is not having these issue but he refused. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO NOT BOOK Collection O Jineshwari Hotel. Don’t book this hotel at all. They don’t provide towels. By saying laundry person will come after 2 days therefore no towel available. They don’t provide soap also. No drinking water available in property. They will provide you loose filled water bottle which they say RO water. I gave them extra amount to get the mineral water and soap from market. Bed sheets were teared and from a long time it was reused.as I think no one complained previously. Regularly rooms were not cleaned . And toilet having stains . Staffs have no concern regarding complain . TVs of all the rooms not working . Wi-Fi also not working . But every facility was showing over site . OYO just cheating …. If ur trip was booked through any app some of the pilots canceled trips by their end due to hotels location Safety Being a retired deffence person I didn’t find any kind of safety available over there Food & drinks No food even a cup of drinking water available . There are providing tap water as drinking water

The hotel is situated inside a colony and getting there could be a bit difficult, but follow google map and you'll find this cosy property around the corner. The rooms are not small but not too spacious. Services are good, not prompt because they bring everything from outside, except tea. Overall a good place.

Rooms are spacious but bedsheets and bathroom are utterly unclean bathroom stinks like drains can't even stand a minute in it, the tap doesn't work nor the dustbin from previous occupants was cleaned and so does the bed as if beds were not cleaned from months spots of dirt, hairs and stains all over the bed was found and a very awfull smell of used pillow covers and bankets was also coming. claiming to be a 2star hotel not even basic toiletries were provided like towel, soap . I doubt who certified them 2 star hotel. I guess they have self claimed to be a 2 star. Please choose a better hotel don't fall for price you'll regret once you enter room. I seriously won't recommend this place. Even the people managing the hotel are careless they themselves make noise celebrating birthdays at 12 in night causing disturbance to guests they are least concerned for your comfort at hotel .
