The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable." or "The room was clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor". The staff were attentive and friendly, especially the receptionist who helped us with our luggage". In the end The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who helped us with our dinner reservations. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. While the pillows were a bit too firm for my preference, the overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area". Hotel Shiv delivers exactly what it promises: clean, comfortable rooms with friendly, professional staff and excellent proximity to the airport and central Indore. The value for money is outstanding. However, with only nine rooms and limited in-house amenities, it’s best suited for travelers seeking a hassle-free, functional experience rather than luxury. Overall—a top pick for value-conscious travelers in Indore. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The bed was soft and the bathroom was neat. Overall, I had a great stay. Highly recommended! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Hotel Shiv is conveniently located near the airport, that's a big plus. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected, and the toilets could have been much cleaner. Not ideal for families, but if you're a group of guys on a budget, it might work out. Issues like water clogging in Bathroome, stained bed sheets, dirty towels, and bae ACs made the stay a bit rough. Price is decent compared to nearby hotels, but cleanliness needs a lot of work. Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3 Hotel highlights Great value

Worst hotel ever. Gaurav is a scammer. We were travelling from UP to Mumbai, we called beforehand and asked for location to make sure it's not too far from the highway, the hotel was 22 kilometres away. Took us about an hour and half to get to the hotel from highway. After travelling 800kms we were literally forced to have no other option. Traveling with aged parents and the rest of the family they literally forced us to take an hour and half detour just to get to the hotel only to find out the rooms were in terrible conditions. Bedsheets were stained and whatnot. We called Gaurav ahead of time and asked to refund the booking amount (₹500) which he said he cannot refund because the rooms are already "blocked" - they don't have any system that "blocks" rooms and this place is so remote that I doubt they get any guests at all. People like these should not be allowed to do any business at all. Scamming people who are already tired is not the way to do business. Absolutely do not recommend these guys. There's much better options much closer and within the city who offer much better hospitality. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
