Stay was satisfactory. Need improvement. Not professional staff. Room not kept ready and cleaning not prompt. However, staffs were polite but lacked professionalism.

Mera 2 days ka booking tha .. mene MMT main booking kia tha aur Hotel toh prime location par hai breakfast sahi hai.. room thoda purana hai aur bathroom ka jo exhaust fan hai usmain se bahut sound aata hai.. reception pe mene 5-6 bar call kia koi bhi response nhi tha uske baad main jaa kar bola toh thik hai. . service vi thik thak hai ... Main cheez yeh hai ki hotel prime location pe hai.. yaha se sab ache se mil jata hai .. bus , cab , khane keliye sab main road pe aajata hai... Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

The dedication and warmth of the team truly make this a memorable place. The rooms themselves were generally good and provided a comfortable stay. However, the quality of the accommodations was not uniform, especially when it came to the hygiene and condition of the bathrooms. It is essential to note that the bathrooms in some rooms were not good and are in dire need of attention. In summary, Playsales Ecostay boasts phenomenal service and a wonderful team, but the current state of the bathrooms is a significant detractor. Investing in a thorough renovation of the rooms and bathrooms would ensure that the facilities match the five-star quality of the staff's hospitality. Very Bad Experience I had a very bad experience during my 3-day stay at this hotel. The charges were ₹2,800 for two days and ₹1,800 for one day. When I asked about the difference, they said that the hotel rate changes every day, which was very strange and disappointing. The service and facilities were also very poor. No food was available, the room was not properly clean, the room light was not working, and hot water was also not available. Considering the amount charged, the service and facilities were completely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
