We enjoyed our stay which was very comfortable, good facilities, prompt service, we would like to come back
Staying here was the worst experience of my life. The attitude of the reception staff was very bad and they had no manners to talk. Room charges are also very high rating 1 out of 10 from me. No arrangement for bed tea till 8.00 am. The guy Saurav who did our check out formalities at 7.00 a.m.is absolutely ill mannered, rude and close minded. Apparently he is a junior staff managing the key roll of a receptionist. Overall a forgettable experience not so pleasant. The house keeping of the room is not good. There were mosquitoes in the room we stayed in and had to call for a mosquito repellent at 2 am. Rooms are too small. Will not recommend the property for a complementary stay even.
