This was my first time staying at any IHCL hotel. Staff was good and helpful. Rooms are small and furniture was old. Nice view from room but window was not clean and lot of paint marks. Location is great near to city center. There were also lot of noise in lobby during night hours. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value
Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work properly. There is an issue connecting laptops to the hotel Wi-Fi, which is inconvenient since most guests need Wi-Fi mainly for laptop work. Also, an iron is not provided in the room. Guests have to go to the lobby to iron clothes, which is very inconvenient and time-consuming. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4
