We had a pleasant stay. We were guided well by Nikita and Jasleen. Mr. Govind also served us well. The Security guards Sachin, Ramsingh on the duty were helpful and politely guided us. They also helped us in adjusting our luggage. They both are active and doing their duty well. But the room sizes were very small. Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very good hotel. The only problem is that the room size is very small and it's really difficult to accommodate a child above 10 years of age. They may improve themselves by putting a full size i.e 6 by 6 mattress on the bed instead of putting two mattresses on the bed in those rooms where a child is accompanied. I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Indore and had a highly disappointing experience. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, and they failed to provide proper responses to even basic inquiries, leaving me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. The services offered were substandard, far below expectations, and certainly not worth the money charged. The rooms were shockingly small, making it uncomfortable to move around or relax. Additionally, the quality of the bed linens was poor, appearing neither clean nor well-maintained, which further diminished the overall experience. Considering the lack of professionalism, inadequate service, and poor room quality, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not offer value for money and falls short of even basic hospitality standards. A complete waste of time and resources." The reception team was confused with regards to billing instructions. Non of them are aware about the discount policy. Mr Ashok Kumar from the Restaurant gave a amazing service. Handled the restaurant well in busy operation hours. Lot of potential for growth. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5
