Ginger Indore

This is the third Ginger property I have stayed at within a month. 1. Basic items like Dental kit and shaving etc are chargeable here. 2. Buffet is priced at par with the other properties but the spread is almost half and there is no proactive approach towards the service / refilling the empty dishes. They do it only when any guest tells them. Breads reach your table when your food is either finished or is cold. Rooms are little old and need some minimum check and upgrade. Though location is good , this stay is little away from food places. Not a easy walk neither we can book a cab to go around as such bookings dont work much with cabs either. They have restuarent inside, but not worth the pricing charged. Just egg fried rice was charged 400/-. Quantity is too heavy for one person to finish. Charging more and giving more doesnt help either of us here. Trip type Business Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Ginger Hotel, Indore – Review ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ I had a disappointing experience during my stay at Ginger Hotel, Indore. The room quality was far below expectations. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The towels provided were unclean, and other basic amenities in the room also felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. The lack of proper housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable. Given the price point, I expected better service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the standards here didn’t match those expectations. ✅ Pros: • Convenient location. ❌ Cons: • Poor room cleanliness. • Uncomfortable bed and mattress. • Unclean towels and amenities. • Lack of proper maintenance and hygiene. Parking was not well maintained. Verdict: Would not recommend staying here unless the management significantly improves the hygiene and service quality. Definitely not worth the price charged. The rooms are too too too much small. The lux queen bad is also very very small. If you are above 5 ft above and healthy, then 2 people won't be able to sleep properly. The wifi a circus. You don't get even tea before 7.30. so in case you have to leave early you won't get anything. It was a long Stay 3rd Jan to 9th. Later Got Extended.. But by Mistake Booking was Done on twin single Bed. The Staff Denied keeping Same Room although it was Same Standard room citing Overbooking. Was Asked to Shift the Room. When asked to Check with Manager. He Didn't Even Bother to Meet or Come Out.. Or For matter he was Even there or Not. Never Saw Anyone Like that in such long stay. 1st Rule of Hospitality or Customer Service does not Exists in Ginger Indore. A Customer who is already Here and Book long stay can be thrown Around. New Customer are Priorities... 1. Small Cramped Rooms 2. Charging Sockets are Very Small. 3.Housekeeping staff is Polite.. So is Reception.. But can't Expect any Support. 4.i guess Works With No Manager or Inexperienced one Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 3 Rooms Very Small Rooms with Hyped Value. इंदौर के बाहर से आए हुए टैक्सी ड्राइवर के लिए ना रहने की व्यवस्था है ना ही टॉयलेट की ना ही वॉशरूम की व्यवस्था है तो कृपया ऐसे होटल में ना रुके जहां आपकी ड्राइवर को सही से सोने ना मिले या उसकी वॉशरूम जाने ना मिले अगर वह दो तीन दिन के लिए आया है तो उसको वॉशरूम ही नहीं मिल रहा है तो कृपया ऐसी होटल का ना करें जहां पर ड्राइवर के लिए कोई व्यवस्था न हो Rooms: 1 Service: 1
