Ginger Indore

I had a fantastic experience during my recent check-in at Ginger Hotel Indore. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start, and the hotel has a really good ambience. While the rooms are compact, they are extremely well-maintained and spotless—exactly what you need in a budget-friendly business hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and the high quality of the amenities provided. It offers everything a business traveler needs at a great price point. The hotel do not allow check in before 2pm. I got a msg from Ginger hotel asking what time would I like to check in. Where in I did mention before 11am. The hotel room have outdated interiors. Even though I opted for a superior room the bathroom was crampted up. Did not even provide basic toiletries. Was having trouble connecting the wifi to the tv. It was not fixed in my 2 day stay. The obsolete switch board would not hold your phone charger. Bathroom walls had mould on them. However the view from the hotel was phenomenal whoever with lot of bird dropping. I'm sure u shall find a better hotel at this price. Terrible choice for accommodation. Rooms are unbelievably small. Even after repeated calls, staff did not provide towels or toiletries. Water supply stopped at midnight and no one responded.
