Pathetic see ivies at ginger hotel in Indore. I think compney hired untrained staff which aren’t fit for hotel industry, first pain point started with reaching at hotel, no one there to help a guest with luggage pickup and drop till room. No one there to pick phone on room aerivce housekeeping or even at reception. Lastly at the time of checkout they mentioned all PAID fore you and once we left hotel and drives for approx 50 km from hotel, they called there is pending amount for food bill, which we mentions will pay once reach destination but hote staff was following like a recovery a we gy of loan and forcing to stop and pay first Have decided no more stay in this pathetic hotel, and will suggest same to others as well Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 2

Ginger Indore is celebrating it's 15 years of aniversary this year in Indore and that's primarily for its central location, with guests frequently applauding its close proximity to key transportation hubs and local attractions. Ginger Indore is definitely modern, budget-friendly 3-star hotel by the Tata Group, known for its warm hospitality, essential amenities, and central location near Indore's business hubs, airport, and attractions, offering smart rooms, free Wi-Fi, a gym, and an in-house restaurant for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and convenience. As I understand they have close to 100 smartly furnished, air-conditioned rooms with modern amenities. But heart of all is it's an in-house restaurant "Square Meal" or "Qmin" serving multi-cuisine meals including balancing between North Indian and South Indian Cuisines, makes all the more welcoming. Amenities: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, fitness center, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, business center, meeting rooms, and laundry services. Very bad experience on their 15th Work Anniversary !! 😑 Yesterday I have informed that we were going to extend our both the rooms for tomorrow's night, and they were like Ok. And tomorrow morning onwards, while I went to reception for the confirmation, they were like sorry sir we don't have rooms available, who confirmed you ? That person is saying, no I haven't talk to anybody. So what mess is this ? I have to catch my morning meeting on a time, now I have to search for another hotel, have to complete my packing, I have to shift my luggage to somewhere else, Thanks Ginger, today is our last day at your destination, cheers to your 15th Anniversary, might be slowly slowly it will not more !! 👏 And kindly don't hire unresponsive staff at front desk ! I stayed at Ginger Indore and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were a little small, but they were neat and well-kept. The breakfast was very tasty with good options to choose from. The hotel also provides smoking rooms, which … Read more on Trip.com
