Nice hotel, nice place, very supportive staff. Reasonable menu for family get together, or parties, starting from 300/ plat. They have good team for decoration with fair amount. But the best thing for this hotel was the food. Very wast menu here and very taste too. I hv already done 2 parties here and looking forward for next. Thanks team south avenue.

Staff are courteous and helping type. The rooms are good; spacious and well maintained. The restaurants are available in the rooftop and in the ground floor. Complimentary break fast is elaborate and the dishes are tasty. The hotel can provide the branded water instead of serving the local water. Wi-fi facility is good.

We visited hotel south avenue on sunday .family restaurant is on roof top which serve both non veg and veg food along with alcohol. Both food and alcohol prices were quite reasonable. Interior design is quite impressive which include rectangular block of glass with artificial fountain.. Service speed was average (but you cant complaint if its sunday). Its a delightful place to visit with family and even with friends.

The food taste is not consistent. Sometimes too good and sometimes too bad. Have been there many times, but inconsistency in foods have always been there. The management is good and responsible, whereas the waiters need to be a bit more trained, courteous and well behaved.

My company organized a Town hall here. The plce was good though my review is based on a restricted experience of that hall. But on the other hand the food and other facilities we're good. She also accommodated our extension of time for extra minutes. Was a good experience overall.

With a beautiful, cozy ambience Hotel South Avenue has become my one of the favourite places of all time to go out for dinner. The service is pretty decent, and cleanliness is maintained all over the place. For starters, I had Cheese Cigar Roll (The taste is amazing, the quantity may disappoint a few though. Ask for the salsa dip, it's a bomb!), Soya Chaap (The star of the meal, utterly delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). My main course included Paneer Aurangabadi (As suggested by the captain, it had a savoury taste, the one you don't get usually. Recommended), Dal Tadka (which had adeqaute spice and classic taste) along with Cheese Chilli Garlic Naan. Wrong bill issued of rs 1524 instead of Rs 1231. Also chicken biryani ordered was not of good quality and quantity as ordered. Even after the request to the manager at the time of order placed. it shows pure negligence and irresponsible behavior.
