Hotel South Avenue

Experienced, skilled staff and helpers. South Avenue Managers have an in-depth knowledge of Food selections, they gave a considerable amount of time for our event and kept a follow-up for our requirements. Food taste and ambience was excellent.

I booked a premium room but at time of check in room condition was below standard room bathroom was very dirty . Very hard mattress Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Balcony is very dirty . Corridors are converted into stores extra beds was lying every where in corridor. Bathroom accessories looks like it is never 👎 washed wire are coming out of tiles very dirty tiles. And price is very high in this price 3 star hotel can be booked . Do not book any room before seeing because actual room condition is very different from pictures. Breakfast buffet is full empty foods if u want to eat something u have to order 😂😂 only namkeens and tea ☕️ u can get in buffet else we have to order . The place is very well managed with gopd food and service. Everything asked for was made available including extension of stay at discounted rates. The third persons accomodation added was as good as the first two. Mr Shekhar at the reception was veey helpful to comfort us in extending our stay.

I have been visiting this hotel since a long time and almost every time they have the same quality of food and service. Selected this hotel considering 3 star hotel but there was horrible noice at night 11.40 pm in the room from top. Even after complaining about the issue, they were not in position to resolve saying there is a restaurant above the room. … Read more on Tripadvisor

The restaurant food test is below average, really compromised food quality and quantity. They are serving insufficient quantity as they are charging high price. Highly disappointed with test, quality and quantity, even I felt less hygenic and poor service. I would never sugges to my friends to go the hotel South Avenue.

We visited the restaurant for a quick dinner, the place was busy with a lot of guests and outsiders. The food was good and the service was a bit slow with a huge number of guests. I had gone for a party in the basement hall. My experience was amazing with friends and seniors though I'd say the food was mediocre but service and ambience is great for around 30-40 people. If you want a good time and can settle for somewhat good food then I would recommend the basement hall.
