Kind of classy place, alcohol is also served here. You can do a small gathering or can bring a date if you want. Rooftop is nice ambiance. Yeah you will be bothered if you don't smoke or have problem with it.

Hotel is located in a posh area and well managed. Front desk agents are professionals||to the core. Top floor restaurant is always crowded with quality of food and beverages.||Value for money. The breakfast offered in the ground floor restaurant is sumptuous||with variety of local delicacies.

Worst hotel ever visited in Indore. 3rd class service. No cooperation by the staff. I think all the arrogant staff is hired by the Hotel South Avennue. I hosted a banquet function in which one of the beer bottle tasted weird, So I asked the manager to change it. The reply which got was really unrealistic “Sir we don’t make beer at our hotel, we bring from outside, we are not responsible “ Why the hell they are running a hotel when they can’t take responsibility. Really a poor experience. Don’t ever visit Pathetic hotel. Worst service. Poor management. Arrogant Staff

As 11pm is closing time you should say no to one who are waiting since 10pm . Very bad experience i would say. They were not serving properly as if we are not paying them. Food was ok because the food was not at all hot. "Bad experience"

A centrally located modest business hotel, adequately equipped to give you a pleasant experience. House keeping is good,Room service is prompt, reception is very friendly and helpful for sharing information about local sightseeing and places to have typical local cuisine on the whole a good place

Good hotel but room service is too slow. We faced following issues, 1. we had to bug people to get drinking water. they wont' bring at first go. 2. phone wire is detached. not fixed. 3. Bolt of bathroom door was stuck and not fixed.
