We went for a office party and We had a very bad experience today. First we orderd soup that was not hot than we order crispy corn we couldn't found corn in it. Then crunchy kabab whole crunch was missing in it. They put some crunchy noodles with kababs and said its like that only. Ita tasting like chillas only.. Then we orderd for main course they bring it after 40 minutes when we said that we are leaving. Taste of Mashroom corn veg was good. The manager was not agree to accept their mistake and pointing out its all our mistake that we should order all food in one time.. Worst management with good ambience. I visited the restaurant at the Hotel Trikaay and had a great experience. Everything was really nice, including the food quality, ambience, and service. The staff was polite and attentive. Special thanks to Rohit Mishra and Swaroop—they were very nice, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
