Good service and helpful people, management by Trust, very good location, within the heart of market, only they don't have any parking place, but there is nearby nagarpalika parking place, you can easily park there your cars, the best thing is they have restaurant withing same building, very good food and service they feed you as you are their special guests and treat you very very specially. Please note. There is no parking available, but you have a secure parking with fastag just 100meters from there. Famous sarafa food is just opposite to this hotel. There is a nice veg hotel in the se building. We had Dal batla lunch. Oh God it was heavy. The rooms are average but the Aircon is working fine. They have a water dispenser out side in common area. Rate was clear and very very reasonable. Lot of shopping and food options around Staff was polite. I just called and booked the rooms and they blocked my rooms just over phone.. Construction of the building is old because of which you won't find trendy floor tiles or furnishings. We stayed there looking at the proximity to sarafa bazaar and the price of the room. If you are targeting late night food fiesta of sarafa bazaar, I would definitely suggest staying here. Food Street is 200 mtrs from the hotel. Parking is a problem here but since we reached after the market had closed, they allowed us to park our car till 10:30 in the morning when the market opens. Most of the rooms were occupied by families. Would not suggest this hotel if you are planning to stay in the room for most part of the day because the hotel is surrounded by other buildings and the rooms don't have a window that gives an outside view. The rooms are old and not up to the mark. Cleanliness is an issue here, as you can see in the image the cupboards, the bedsheets, the bathroom all were a bit untidy. Though the manager here is very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate his behaviour. As for location is concerned, it's the best of Sarafa market is what you are targeting. And the charges for rooms were 1200(inclusive of GST). Rooms was good, service for few respect was good. But location is horrible. Surrounded by lot of shops. No space for parking. Reaching in evening was nightmare. Hot water was given for bath. Food availability was approachable. The best place to stay if you are of the opinion of not to spend much amount on stay options. It is value for money. Additionally they have AC rooms and TV in each room. The most beneficial part is, it is situated in the heart of the city and most of the tourist spots are at walking distance from the place. One point to note is of you will be driving by your own car, then parking will be an issue here, else it's the value for money deal to stay in this Bhawan. One suggestion to team for improvement would be to keep the Bathroom more clean than it is maintained as of now. It is useable, but if it's more clean that will be much better.
