I visited this restaurant today expecting to order from the menu, but the staff told me that only one main course was available from the entire menu — Paneer Lababdar. Since there were no other main-course options available, I had no choice but to order it. I also ordered 7 Aloo Pyaz Naans and Chole. After waiting for quite some time, the staff informed me that Chole was not available and asked me to cancel it, so I had to cancel that item. The food experience was also very disappointing. The Paneer Lababdar was almost tasteless, had an excessive amount of masala, very little paneer, and the gravy was not thick or properly prepared. The stuffed Aloo Pyaz Naan also had very little/no salt, which affected the taste. Overall, the experience was frustrating — limited menu availability, items becoming unavailable after ordering, long waiting time, and disappointing food quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and service. Extremely disappointing food quality. The naan was heavily burnt in multiple places and looked poorly prepared. The curries were also not impressive—greasy, overly thick, and lacking freshness and proper taste. The overall presentation was messy, and the food did not feel worth the price at all. I expected much better from an Amritsari naan house. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Would not recommend based on my experience. Me aaj gyi thi or Bahut hi disappointing experience raha. Maine Maharaja Thali order ki thi, lekin khana bilkul bhi tasty nahi tha. Sabhi sabziyon ka taste almost ek jaisa tha aur gravy bhi har sabzi ki same lag rahi thi. Itna bekaar taste tha ki pehli baar banane wala bhi shayad isse better bana le. Khane ke baad meri tabiyat bhi kharab ho gayi. Naam bahut bada hai, lekin quality aur taste uske bilkul opposite — “Naam bade, darshan chhote.” Aisa laga jaise sirf customers ko attract karke paise lene ka tarika hai. Pet bhi nahi bhara aur paise bhi waste ho gaye. Pura mood kharab ho gaya. Jo bhi yahan jaane ka soch raha hai, ek baar achhe se soch-samajh kar hi jana. बहुत ही निराशाजनक अनुभव रहा। होटल की मेंटेनेंस बिल्कुल अच्छी नहीं थी और लाइट भी चली गई थी। इन सभी समस्याओं को छोड़ भी दें, तो खाने की क्वालिटी बेहद खराब थी। खाने का स्वाद बिल्कुल अच्छा नहीं था और कीमत के हिसाब से क्वालिटी बिल्कुल भी सही नहीं थी। खराब स्वाद, खराब मेंटेनेंस और कीमत के हिसाब से बिल्कुल भी संतोषजनक नहीं। मैं इस होटल को बिल्कुल भी रिकमेंड नहीं करूंगा। Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
