Absolutely terrible experience. The food quality was extremely poor and completely tasteless. Even the parcel was messed up, and items from the order were missing. The salad smelled awful and was clearly not fresh. The restaurant itself was unhygienic — there was a strong bad odor inside, and the cloth used to clean tables was dirty and stinking. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Overall, I would give it 0 stars if that were possible. Not recommended at all. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. I visited your place because the name “Amritsari Naan House” creates an expectation of authentic Amritsari flavours. But honestly, the food had nothing to do with real Amritsari style. You served “Chur Chur Naan” by simply putting paneer on top along with a few raisins and cashew pieces. That is not how an authentic chur chur naan is made, and the taste didn’t match the original Punjabi style at all. Even the Chole tasted very ordinary—nowhere close to the rich, spicy, traditional Punjabi chole flavour you expect from a restaurant using the name “Amritsari”. If you want to carry the name “Amritsari Naan House,” then the food must reflect true Amritsari flavours. Otherwise, please consider changing the name, because right now it feels misleading. I truly hope you take this feedback positively and improve the authenticity of your dishes. सर्वप्रथम यह जान लेना ज़रूरी है कि इनकी दो अलग शाखाएं हैं, यह जो खराब रिव्यू यहां दिख रहे हैं वह शायद सभी महालक्ष्मी वाली शाखा के लिए हैं। और इस बात से हम भी सहमत हैं कि महालक्ष्मी नगर शाखा पर कई समस्याएं हैं और वहां बहुत सुधार की आवश्यकता है। परंतु यहां नंदानगर मुख्यमार्ग, पाटनीपुरा चौराहा शाखा पर ऐसी कोई समस्याएं नहीं हैं। यहां का वातावरण भी बहुत अच्छा है, सर्विस भी अच्छी है, और स्वाद तो बहुत बहुत बढ़िया है। हां हालांकि 'अमृतसरी नान हाउस' नाम के अनुरूप थोड़ी निराशा हो सकती है, क्योंकि जिन्होंने असल अमृतसरी या पंजाबी स्वाद चखा हुआ है, वे लोग जानते हैं कि यह स्वाद उससे बहुत दूर है, असल अमृतसरी खाना ऐसा नहीं होता है। परंतु फिर भी जो स्वाद यह दे रहे हैं, वह भी काबिल ए तारीफ है, अमृतसरी भले न हो, पर इनका अपना स्वाद भी बहुत बढ़िया है। वह भी इतने वाजिब रेट लिस्ट में इतनी भरपूर मात्रा में। हमने यहां चूर-चूर नान थाली मंगवाई थी, जिसमें चूर-चूर नान की जगह सादा नान ही दिया गया, बस ऊपर से किसा हुआ पनीर और काजू डाल दिए गए। परंतु सभी व्यंजनों का स्वाद बहुत अच्छा था, और थाली में मात्रा इतनी थी कि हम दो लोग खा लिए। हमारी सलाह में, आप एक बार जरूर जाएं। परिवार व दोस्तों के साथ जाने हेतु भी अनुकूल जगह है। एक और बात, गूगल पर समय गलत डाला हुआ है, दुकान दोपहर ४-६ बंद रहती है। कृपया समय देखकर जाएं। Overall :- pocket friendly, budget friendly, nice ambiance, Good taste, didn't justify with the name, but can make it.
