I had a great experience with 3M car care in Bijalpur. They did an excellent job of cleaning, polishing, and protecting my car. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They also offered me some useful tips on how to maintain my car’s shine and performance. The manager, Mr. Ashwin, was especially helpful and courteous. He made sure that I was satisfied with the service and that everything was done on time. I highly recommend 3M car care to anyone who wants to pamper their car and give it a new look. Got my car 2018 Skoda Octavia's bumpers and front left fendor re-painted at 3M car care Bijalpur and have a mixed review about it. The good part- •Overall paint quality does match the OEM finish,the work done is satisfactory,there is some orange peel,but it isn't as bad as expected thru a repaint job,and has decent clear coat on it,overall the car does look good and it doesn't feel like that the panels have been re-painted,they are coloured matched and well finished. •On time Delivery-car was actually given before the allocated time and was very happy with the time commitments being met. •Although had to negotiate a lot but was given a decent quotation for repairs,as somewhat similar pricing was given at Skoda,but they tend to take more longer time hence went with 3M. The not so good part- •For a detailing studio,surprisingly,attention to detail wasn't that good,when i recieved the car it was evening and my car was parked outside the studio so there wasn't proper lighting and i had a very busy schedule at the time so i didn't throughly checked on,as i felt there wasn't any need to check the interiors,but there were paint stains on the steering wheel,the gear lever,the door jams were dirty, and the upper panel of the driver side door also had dirty paint stain, mind you these are soft touch and leather parts so if a stain does settle on them its very difficult to remove easily,this should've been cleaned prior to delivery,luckily i spotted them 2 days later and had products to scrub them off however,the entire stain hasn't been able to come off yet plus there dirty hand prints too,i understand i didn't opted for interior dry cleaning package as there wasn't need for it but if you are working on someone's car,its your responsibility to return the car in as is condition,which would've taken them hardly five mins to wipe the stains with a cloth. •There are also paint marks next to the panels that had been re-painted suggesting that proper masking wasn't done,and these paint marks aren't leaving the car despite being washed with Neutral PH shampoo few times and are somewhat of an eye sore on otherwise quality job,once again implication for lack of attention to detail,on what is one of most reputated detailing studios in Indore. Overall,i think they are much more concerned with new cars coming for PPF and ceramic coating as thats what seems to be the core business and denting/painting jobs aren't given as much love and care,had they been charging less or in thier words "were a road side workshop" i would've understood about such but from one of the most reputated studios basic attention to detail lacking was a surprise and which is a shame as they have done a decent job overall on the quality of paintjob itself but these small niggles have spoiled the bigger picture and hence why i gave 3/5 instead of 5/5...

⭐ 1 Star Had a very disappointing experience at 3M Car Care. We visited for a basic car wash, but the staff seemed completely uninterested and overwhelmed. Despite waiting for a long time, no one even bothered to properly attend to us or take the car for washing. There was zero coordination, and the lack of customer service was shocking for a brand like 3M. Definitely not what we expected — truly a pathetic experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you value your time and basic courtesy.

Sir ashwini chodhary is very good. He explained everything in detail. It's a very good experience to make my car service on 3M car service.
