Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I visited this shop to get a very small, nail-sized dent repaired on my car. At the time of booking, the owner assured me that they would remove the wrap, repair the dent properly, paint the area, and then reapply the wrap so the repair would be covered. The worker also confirmed the same process when preparing the job sheet. However, when I went to collect my car, I was told that they had only filled the dent with putty and applied the wrap over it. When I asked why the area had not been painted as promised, they demanded an additional ₹1,400 for painting. They charged me ₹2,500 for the work, but the actual service provided was not what had been promised. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the quality of service. I would not recommend this shop. Before handing over your vehicle, make sure you get the complete repair process and charges confirmed in writing. Save your money and choose a place that delivers the work it promises.
