Main Inka customer reh chuka hu, inse villa purchase kiya hai, booking karte waqt humse club me gym, kids playing area , colony me cctv cameras, temple ka bataya gaya. Lekin abhi tak inme se kuch nahi hua. We have already paid maintenance for 3 years in advance. Still we are not getting what was promised to us. Inke manager Mr. Vikas se pucho to wo saaf mana karte hai, bahar inki dusri colony ke gym aur services use karne ki baat karte hain, Jabki hume humare club me ye services ka bola gaya tha. This is like miss selling and fooling customers. Pathetic experience

Totally dissatisfied with the delivery of the row house. The amount of negligence by the management in addressing the issues by actions is totally unparalleled. The expectations that were sold before buying doesn’t reflect even in the tiniest amounts. Water leakages through the walls, lowest grade plumbing in washrooms, misaligned doors, plug sockets not in proper shape, no proper finishing with putty work, the endless list of disappointments. All this even before we entered into our brand new home. Took 3 years worth maintanence and no redressal of the said problems in any manner. Suggesting to do thorough due diligence before engaging with the top notch unprofessionalism.

Highly disappointed by the quality of Villa delivered by SAA. They did not fulfil any of the promises made during the time of sale and the end product is simply poor quality. I regret buying the Villa from SAA and would caution anyone planning to buy property from them.

As a customer, I expected a higher standard of construction and professionalism from your side. These issues have not only compromised the aesthetic appeal of my home but also raised concerns about its long-term durability and functionality. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough review of the construction work completed and address these issues promptly. It is essential to rectify these shortcomings to ensure the house meets the quality standards we initially agreed upon. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of these issues.
